7.4. Data related to the private community is retained as long as you remain a watch owner or until you revoke your membership.

14.3. We and “Paysera LT,” UAB are not responsible for internet connectivity or email service disruptions that may prevent you from receiving our notifications. The presence of a notification copy on our or “Paysera LT,” UAB’s server is considered sufficient proof of information transmission.

General Conditions

2.2. You may purchase goods (e.g., “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watches) and/or Services by registering on the Website or without registration, completing all steps specified at checkout.

Order Placement and Contract Formation

Product Prices and Loyalty Rewards

4.1. Product prices are indicated in euros, including 21% value-added tax (VAT).

4.2. Prices for “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watches:

• Model 10/10: 449 EUR.

• The price for each subsequent model increases by 50 EUR (e.g., Model 9/10 – 499 EUR, Model 8/10 – 549 EUR, and so on).

4.3. The price does not include delivery costs unless otherwise specified.

4.4. For international deliveries, customs duties or other taxes are not included in the delivery price. The Client is responsible for paying customs duties.

4.5. Loyalty Reward System:

• Owners receive fixed loyalty rewards, such as discounts or access perks, without distribution among owners. No cryptocurrency is involved.

Client’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Client has the right to purchase goods and/or Services on the Website in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The Client is not entitled to cancel the Contract or return goods under the 14-day withdrawal right, as “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watches are personalized with unique engravings (exempt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

5.3. The Client is entitled to receive loyalty rewards as specified in the Rules and product description.

5.4. The Client is entitled to join the private Telegram group for watch owners and participate in community activities, as specified in the product description.

5.5. The Client must:

• Read and agree to the Rules, Privacy Policy, and other Website regulations.

• Provide accurate Personal Data.

• Pay for and accept the ordered goods and/or Services in accordance with the Rules.

• Comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Powerful Sun’s Rights and Obligations

6.1. We undertake to fulfill the Client’s Orders in accordance with these Rules.

6.2. We undertake to respect the Client’s privacy and process Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

6.3. We undertake to inform the Client about the suspension or termination of Website functions critical to Order fulfillment and any changes to the Rules. Posting information on the Website is considered adequate notification. If an Order has already been accepted, the Client is informed via one of the provided contact channels.

6.4. We undertake to deliver ordered goods in accordance with the Rules.

6.5. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods for significant reasons, we may offer a comparable product, informing the Client via one of their provided contact channels. If the Client does not agree, we will refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days if the Order was prepaid.

6.6. Upon receiving a Client’s complaint regarding Order or Contract fulfillment, we undertake to respond within 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified by law.

6.7. If the Client disagrees with our response, they (a natural person, consumer) may file a complaint with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or via the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

Delivery of Goods

7.1. Delivery costs are generally borne by the Client unless otherwise specified.

7.2. The delivery cost depends on the price of the goods, their weight, and the destination country. The final cost is calculated upon placing the Order.

7.3. The delivery period is typically 2–3 weeks from Order confirmation, depending on the Client’s country or region. The exact delivery time will be provided via email.

7.4. The Client must inspect the condition, quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods at the time of delivery together with the transport company’s representative. Any damages must be noted in the transport company’s documents.

7.5. If discrepancies are identified, the Client must not accept the shipment and must complete an inspection report together with the transport company’s representative.

7.6. By accepting the shipment without remarks, the goods are considered delivered correctly, with the quantity, quality, and assortment in accordance with the Contract.

7.7. If the goods are not delivered on the specified date, the Client must inform us via email no later than the day following the expected delivery date. Failure to do so forfeits the Client’s right to claim non-delivery.

Defective Goods

8.1. If a “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watch is of unsatisfactory quality, the Client has the right to:

• Request the defect be rectified.

• Request replacement with a suitable product.

• Request a price reduction based on the nature of the defect.

• Return the product and receive a refund.

• A 2-year warranty applies to the goods under the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Law (VTAĮ).

8.2. To report a defect, the Client must, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, submit via email to pwflsun@powerfulsun.space:

• A description of the defect.

• Photos showing the defect.

• Other relevant information.

8.3. We undertake to review the complaint within 14 calendar days and provide a resolution.

Return Policy

9.1. “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watches are limited-edition promotional items, and therefore returns are not permitted except in cases of defective goods (see Section 8).

9.2. The watch is considered not only a physical product but also part of a service providing access to a private community, loyalty rewards, and other project benefits. For this reason, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)).

User Comments and Feedback

10.1. If you submit comments, suggestions, or other content (e.g., reviews about the watches or project), you grant us the right to use, edit, publish, or distribute this content without restriction.

10.2. We are not obligated to maintain the confidentiality of comments, pay compensation for them, or respond to them.
