The price for each subsequent model increases by 50 EUR (e.g., Model 9/10 – 499 EUR, Model 8/10 – 549 EUR, and so on).
4.3. The price does not include delivery costs unless otherwise specified.
4.4. For international deliveries, customs duties or other taxes are not included in the delivery price. The Client is responsible for paying customs duties.
4.5. Loyalty Reward System:
Owners receive fixed loyalty rewards, such as discounts or access perks, without distribution among owners. No cryptocurrency is involved.
Client’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Client has the right to purchase goods and/or Services on the Website in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Client is not entitled to cancel the Contract or return goods under the 14-day withdrawal right, as “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watches are personalized with unique engravings (exempt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

6.3. We undertake to inform the Client about the suspension or termination of Website functions critical to Order fulfillment and any changes to the Rules. Posting information on the Website is considered adequate notification. If an Order has already been accepted, the Client is informed via one of the provided contact channels.
6.4. We undertake to deliver ordered goods in accordance with the Rules.
6.5. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods for significant reasons, we may offer a comparable product, informing the Client via one of their provided contact channels. If the Client does not agree, we will refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days if the Order was prepaid.
6.6. Upon receiving a Client’s complaint regarding Order or Contract fulfillment, we undertake to respond within 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified by law.

Delivery of Goods
7.1. Delivery costs are generally borne by the Client unless otherwise specified.
7.2. The delivery cost depends on the price of the goods, their weight, and the destination country. The final cost is calculated upon placing the Order.
7.3. The delivery period is typically 2–3 weeks from Order confirmation, depending on the Client’s country or region. The exact delivery time will be provided via email.
7.4. The Client must inspect the condition, quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods at the time of delivery together with the transport company’s representative. Any damages must be noted in the transport company’s documents.
7.5. If discrepancies are identified, the Client must not accept the shipment and must complete an inspection report together with the transport company’s representative.
7.6. By accepting the shipment without remarks, the goods are considered delivered correctly, with the quantity, quality, and assortment in accordance with the Contract.
7.7. If the goods are not delivered on the specified date, the Client must inform us via email no later than the day following the expected delivery date. Failure to do so forfeits the Client’s right to claim non-delivery.

8.1. If a “Powerful Sun Collection 2025” watch is of unsatisfactory quality, the Client has the right to:

Request a price reduction based on the nature of the defect.
Return the product and receive a refund.
